Warm welcome to our newest UC team member, badass mama, master problem solver, Oxana Yudaeva. In her short time with us, she’s taken lead in project management and piloted the second ever #100WomenProud campaign in her home town in Russia! We’re incredibly lucky to have this ambitious and thorough individual on our team.

“My biggest accomplishment is coming this October, as I was scheduled for my citizenship interview. Being an immigrant is tough, raising kids far away from my family is tough, but nevertheless, my goal to get American citizenship for me and my kids helped me to stay strong. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a long term goal that would take me 6 years to accomplish, but I know its worth it.”

Oxana was born and raised in Russia but traveled and lived in many parts of the world, such as Europe and Middle East. She holds a Master’s degree in the International Hospitality Business and has a wide experience in creating marketing strategies and conceptual design for new hotels and restaurants, as well as organizing events and community-centered projects.

She immigrated to the U.S. five years ago. While mastering the art of being a mother,  she studied social media marketing and psychology, as well as organized community playgroups for seniors and small kids called “Forever Young”. After five years of community organization, Oxana took an opportunity to become an intern at UpperCloud and now our newest account manager. Currently, she is working with EEC, the company based in Sacramento, on creating the communication strategy. Oxana is known for her natural inquisition in order to optimize and polish all the processes we have in UpperCloud.

She states, “My biggest accomplishment is coming this October, as I was scheduled for my citizenship interview. Being an immigrant is tough, raising kids far away from my family is tough, but nevertheless, my goal to get American citizenship for me and my kids helped me to stay strong. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a long term goal that would take me 6 years to accomplish, but I know its worth it.”

Oxana is looking forward to polishing her skills in marketing and strategy, community and client communications. Most of all, she looks forward to all collaborations and ideas to be created here with her UpperCloud team.
